Titus Psychology: Neurodiversity-affirming Therapy & Psychological Assessment

Welcome to Titus Psychology. I am Dr. Kimberly L. Titus, a licensed psychologist specializing in neuroaffirming care for children, adolescents, and adults seeking greater self-understanding, clarity, and confidence. Whether you are navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or questions about your identity, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and build a life that aligns with who you are.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, stuck, or exhausted from trying to meet expectations that do not fit their unique needs. Others are seeking answers through psychological assessment, autism evaluations, ADHD evaluations, or educational assessments to better understand how they think, learn, process information, and experience the world. Together, we work to identify strengths, clarify challenges, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful growth and lasting change through strength-based therapy.

My practice is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach that recognizes and values differences in how people think, communicate, learn, and connect. I have specialized expertise in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, executive functioning, psychological assessment, autism evaluations, and ADHD evaluations across childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who may be exploring their identity, learning to unmask, navigating late-diagnosed neurodivergence, or working toward greater self-acceptance and authenticity.

My training is rooted in neuropsychological assessment and evidence-based intervention. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's strengths, goals, and learning style. Therapy is not only about reducing symptoms—it's about developing insight, building confidence, learning practical skills, and creating a life that feels meaningful and sustainable.

Whether you are seeking support, answers, or a deeper understanding of yourself, I strive to create a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we can build on your strengths, embrace your authentic self, and move toward the life you want to create.
