Titus Psychology is a private-pay psychology practice serving children, adolescents, and adults throughout New Jersey. This model allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies. 

Therapy is a significant investment in your well-being, and we are committed to making your care as seamless and accessible as possible. The standard fee is $220 per session. While we operate as an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance panels directly, most PPO insurance plans provide generous reimbursement (typically 60% to 80%) for out-of-network mental health care once your deductible is met. 

To help make services more accessible, payment plans are available for comprehensive psychological evaluations, with fees divided into four predetermined installments aligned with the phases of the evaluation.

A limited number of sliding scale fees may also be available for therapy services based on financial circumstances and availability. These arrangements are considered on an individual basis and are not guaranteed.

As a private-pay practice, payment is due at the time of service. Clients may request a superbill for reimbursement to seek out-of-network insurance benefits. Please contact the practice for current therapy fees and assessment rates.

Because every evaluation is unique, testing fees in our private-pay practice are determined by the scope of the assessment and may vary based on referral questions, record review requirements, and report complexity. After a consultation, a personalized quote will be provided. Additionally, we offer a superbill for reimbursement to help manage therapy fees. Common evaluations include:

Under the No Surprises Act, clients seeking services in a private-pay practice who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected therapy fees. This Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to the start of treatment, and clients may also request a superbill for reimbursement if applicable.
